Children's Sabbath School Immediately following the children's story and offering for the daycare and school, children 12 and under are dismissed from the sanctuary to age specific classes.
AYS (Adventist Youth Society) Definition:     The Adventist Youth Society (AYS) is a department of the church through which the church works for and through her youth. (SDA Church Manual) Mission Statement:     The Prinmary focus of youth ministry is the salvation of youth through Jesus Christ.  We understand youth ministry to be that work of the church that is conducted for, with, and by young people.  Our task is to: Lead youth to understand their individual worth and to discover and develop their spiritual gifts and abilities. Equip and empower yout for a life of service with God's church and the community. Ensure the integration of youth into all aspects of church life and leadership in order that they might be full participants in the mission of the church. Goals of the Macedonia Adventist Youth Society (MAYS) In order to fulfill the mission of our department, the Macedonia Adventist Youth Society seeks to: Provide opportunities for our youth to pray and study the Word together. Involve our youth in Outreach opportunities. Provide our youth with leadership opportunities. Develop the spiritual gifts and abilities of our youth. Promote healthy lifestyle choices among our youth.  Provide Christian social interaction for our youth.  2005 Objectives of the MAYS: 1.     Provide spiritual programming at least once per week 2.     Provide social activities at least once every two months. 3.     Participate in federation and conference activities 4.     Provide relevant programs for the youth 13-30 (AYS) 5.     Provide relevant programs for the youth 6-12 (MJAYS) Weekly program for the youth of the church takes place every Saturday afternoon approximately one hour before sunset.
Sister 2 Sister Annual summer enrichment program for girls ages 8-13. Runs the last two weeks in August. Programming includes arts and crafts, praise dancing, poetry memorization, cooking classes and more!
